Redding Police are asking for help in locating a woman who allegedly stole a relative’s car and has a child with her. Â Tuesday officers were called to Wal-Mart on Dana Drive for a report of a stolen car. Â They then were told that the car was stolen by 20-year-old Shanae Fouche, who is a family member of the victim. Â Fouche also apparently has a juvenile relative with her. Â The car is a gold 2005 Chevy Malibu with plate number 7LHY740.
