Nearly 3 Million Dollars is allocated for improvement to highways in Trinity County. Millions more will go to Lassen and Modoc Counties. 2.7 Million Dollars will be spent in a five county area to upgrade chain control facilities. Seventeen different projects to encourage walking and biking will cost $12 Million.
