A man with multiple arrests has been charged with being a felon with a loaded firearm. At 11:19PM Monday night Redding Police stopped 37-year-old Michael James White for rolling through a stop sign on Pray Road at Westside Road. White has a suspended driver’s license. When the officer asked White to step out of the car, white told him he had a loaded gun in his waistband. He was handcuffed and a loaded 357 revolver was found on him. White has been arrested 10 times in Shasta County for drugs and weapons. Four of those arrests were for having a gun, most recently in August. He was booked into jail.
