A man who was the target of an exhaustive domestic violence investigation is being sought by Anderson Police. The case against 29-year-old Robert Harris of Redding began on July 29th of last year when a woman told Anderson Police that Harris had strangled her until she nearly lost consciousness, as well as an extensive history of verbal and emotional abuse over the course of their relationship. The investigation was finally complete on February 27th and an arrest warrant was issued. Harris was notified and told to turn himself in, but he has not done so. His warrant is for felony domestic violence, assault likely to cause great bodily harm, and dissuading a witness. Harris’ photo is on the KQMS Facebook Page.
