A midnight traffic stop yielded a significant amount of Fentanyl, according to Red Bluff Police. At 12:19AM Wednesday morning, an officer stopped a car for a code violation on Gilmore Road. The driver was Thomas Pittman, a parolee with nine outstanding warrants, 5 of them felonies. He was arrested and a search of the car reportedly revealed a scale, packaging, paraphernalia, large amount of cash and 5 Grams of Fentanyl. Police say the passenger, Jessica Stafford, admitted the Fentanyl belonged to her so she was searched too and found to be hiding another 27 Grams of Fentanyl. Both of them were booked into jail.
